Allison Pregler has a similar style to The Cinema Snob, but she is more inclined towards obsessively watching dumb action films. Her reviews started at the end of 2009 and, when she began to gain some recognition (under the old name Obscurus-Lupa) Allison Pregler subsequently became part of the family at Channel Awesome. She was on the website until 2015, when Obscurus Lupa Presents became Movie Nights. Additionally, she hosts two podcasts through her channel both covering the Charmed franchise, and they both co-host with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
