Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP and a frightened father Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and most people follow me. I write about my daily life, positive and negative. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my brother and parents when I turned one and a half. Without my parents' devotion to dedication and hard work and sacrifice, I wouldn't share my story. So that they could give their children a chance at a more prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard in order to reach it. My plan of life was for me to attend university, find work in a corporate, marry and buy the house. The lifestyle I had thought I would have wasn't what it turned out. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money were not what I needed to feel happy. I thought I was living a solitary life to earn a paycheck. I had a passion for fitness and having fun and helping people as I navigated towards this new path in life I found my calling in personal training. The business I started was in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. There are very few Asian women have a job in the world of fashion. To lead in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and help others live better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and help them achieve their objectives. I am also committed to empowering others so they are able to achieve their goals, follow their passions and live the life of your dreams. When my work was taking off, I suffered the most devastating loss in my entire life to date- the passing of my mom. Following an 8-year battle with Scleroderma, she is currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to remember her in my mind and my heart. The lessons of life are often hidden from us yet they can prove very useful. My mother's death affected me greatly and I am convinced that she offered me another chance to live my life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance of living the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. In my 30s, I have a sense of being alive and in the moment. It's not like I just exist anymore. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and thoughts. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the best wealth. As death is all there is in this world, I hope you enjoy your life and die without regrets.
